Salary:£12 per hour paid fortnightly - shared tips - holiday pay is paid with wage
Duration:Permanent
Hours:up to 50, less off season.
Days:5 from 7 - mixed shifts.
Holidays:
Bedrooms:3, meals served from 11am to 150 cover [per day over lunch and dinner.
Covers:Breakfast: not required to do; Functions: occasional small functions to 50
Food type:Modern Scottish Bistro and pre theatre meals
Full-time chefs:3 plus 2 kitchen assistants
Accommodation:Live out - local accommodation can be found easily
Job description:

Port na Craig is situated on the side of the Tay near to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, a short walk from Pitlochry centre.

Serving attractively presented meals cooked fresh to order.

We are looking to add a creative sous chef to our young and dynamic team. Everybody contributes ideas and there is room for promotion within the team. Working in a fast paced environment.

Pitlochry is a busy village with plenty to do and see. It is very well placed for exploring the Highlands.

The hotel is closed 6th January to 14th February (this is for refurbishment).

This position is available from the beginning of May but would take someone sooner.
