Job description: | The Townhouse Hotel is an 11 bedroom 3 star long standing, family run hotel situated in the beautiful town of Melrose just 36 miles South of Edinburgh. We are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside and cover for the head chef on his days off. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen is essential whilst keeping high standards of cooking and presentation. You will be joining a young, stable and friendly team. The position is available from the end of May and possibly sooner for the right candidate. |
