Food type:AA rosette standard, Rustic Cuisine everything from the bread to the ice cream is made on site. Taking in influences from Scotland, Mediterranean, Asia & north Africa

Job description:

We are a multi award winning small country house hotel, run as a family business situated South of Thornhill in Dumfriesshire.

This is an opportunity to join a very small dedicated team excelling in customer service, and for you to gain excellent all round experience, & over time to make a name for yourself as a named chef in an already very well respected establishment.

You will work with the head chef and also need to be able to work independently as well to cover days off and holidays.

This position is available from the beginning of June until the end of October.
