Days:5 days from 7 - mixture shifts

Covers:Lunch: bar snacks to 40; Dinner: to 75; Breakfast: to 50; Functions: Occasional to 150
Food type:1 AA Rosette fine dining pushing for 2nd Rosette
Full-time chefs:6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Own chalet with double bed and ensuite shower - included as part of the package. Meals provided on duty also
Job description:

Dornoch Castle Hotel is a 22 bedroom 3 star 1 AA Rosette hotel situated in Dornoch 45 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef our stable team.

A new micro distillery is now open in the grounds of the hotel making Gin and Whisky.

Our menus reflect on the opening of the distillery and there is lots of scope for input, this is an exciting time to be joining our team as we expand and grow the business.

You will come from a good background and have a proven track record.

Working and covering for our head chef Grant MacNicol.

Situated in a stunning location.
