Job description:

Dalmunzie Castle Hotel is a privately owned 20 bedroom hotel situated in Glenshee in rural Perthshire.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our small team to work alongside and cover for the head chef on time off.

This is a live in position and may suit either a single chef or a couple.

Working five days per week.

Not far from Perth.

This position is available from the 1st of August.

Hotel is in the Scottish Highlands, would suit out doors type of person. Nearby ski slopes and lifts
