Chef de Partie, The Caladh Inn, Western Isles

We are looking for 3 talented and ambitious chefs, who have a passion for excellence, to join our existing kitchen teams in our high quality 46 bedroom Cabarfeidh Hotel and Solas restaurant, 67 bedroom Caladh Inn & Eleven restaurant and our 26 bedroom Royal hotel which is home to HS1 Café Bar and Boatshed restaurant. The focus of this job is to further develop these standards.

The Chef de Partie’s role will be to assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, contributing to the training and development of junior members of our kitchen team and maintain high standards at all times. Duties associated with this role include preparing dishes from fresh in accordance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
