Hours:40 to 45 hours per week
Days:5 days per week
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:23 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 10 - 50; Dinner: 10 - 50; Breakfast: to 48; Functions: to 120
Food type:A la carte restaurant, High standard bar meals plus functions
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:live out but can help to find locally and possibly provide short term for up to one month
Job description:

The Old Manor Hotel, is a privately owned 4 star hotel, catering for all requirements including conference work, private function and weddings.

We have a spectacular view over the Ffirth of Forth and only a 20 minute drive from St Andrews making the hotel's "Sea View Restaurant" a very popular choice for local diners and tourists alike.

We are currently seeking a chef de partie to become a key member of the kitchen team.

The candidate must be motivated, hardworking, professional, willing to learn and a good team player
