Salary:£19,500 - £22,000 negotiable depending on experience, paid 4 weekly plus tips Once team is established we would look to give chefs one weekend off per month.

Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live in available - own room in brand new staff accommodation - meals on duty - £35
Job description:

Pittodrie House Hotel is 4 star 27 bedroom hotel situated 25 miles from Aberdeen

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to help give support to senior members in the kitchen.

Ideally you will come from a similar background and have some banqueting experience.

Being part of MacDonald Hotel group you will get discounts on other hotels and at different outlets within the hotel.

This position could suit a strong commis chef looking to move up.
