Job description: | We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for 2 of our Award winning restaurants, Brambles Seafood & Grill and Cruize Brasserie. These roles are pivotal in assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen operations.
