Job description: | Chefs In Scotland is recruiting for one of the Highlands’ major arts venue. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. This is a lovely place to work in a close-knit team with lovely vibe and lots of scope for career progression. The restaurant closes at 9pm so there is not lots of late evenings and no breakfast shifts. This would suit a strong commis chef looking to move up as you would get very good on site training. As chef de partie you will be reliable and hard-working and keen to use local produce in our restaurant where we make everything from simple, quick and tasty snacks and pre-show canapés to high volume banqueting and buffets. Shift pattern would be 10-2 and then 3-8. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
