Job description:

The Bridge Inn Ratho. Currently with one AA rosette, and 4*'s from AA.

Winner of CIS pub food of year, AA Scottish pub food of the year. Numerous awards and feed backs. Steady team, with aspirations to win second rosette whilst still serving good cross section of traditional pub fare.

We are independently owned, though there are a further two equally high profile venues within the company.
Every employee within the kitchen has input into menus.

We have a wide palette of supplier from across Scotland and work with them to jointly deliver excellent produce and a true product provenance.

Biggest thing i ask from my chefs is love of food, commitment, willingness to learn and share information, good sense of humor.

whilst not essential a car is a huge plus.
