Job description:

The Kilcamb Lodge is a 4 star 2 AA rosette hotel on the edge of Loch Sunart in Strontian on the Ardnamurchan peninsula, 12 miles from Fort William. Strontian has a pub and a good local shop and post office.

We are looking to recruit a junior chef to join our team. You will have a passion for good food and especially seafood.

Head Chef Gary Phillips is an excellent mentor so the job would suit someone with basic training and experience to step up his/her career to a more responsible role and to learn more about food preparation and presentation in our 2AA rosette kitchen

We run a busy but calm, young, dynamic and friendly kitchen and appreciate the value of a 5 on 2 day off rota in order to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Because of our remote location a car would be recommend to get the most from all the area has to offer.
