Job description:

The Kylesku Hotel is a privately owned and run 11 bedroom hotel situated 35 miles north of Ullapool and a 2 hours drive from Inverness.

We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our friendly team. We are an award-winning restaurant, most recently Scot Hotel Awards 2017- 'Best Highlands Informal Restaurant'.

Staff car available.

We are looking for people with the ability to work under pressure, balancing high volume with high quality, beautifully presented food across all sections, including pastry. Whilst previous experience in this position is of benefit, we are also happy to develop more junior chefs showing promise and the right attitude.
