Full-time chefs: | 4 - 5 chefs plus kitchen porters |
Accommodation: | Live out can provide short term if relocating |
Job description: | The Dunmuir Hotel is a Visit Scotland 3 star 20 bedroom Boutique Hotel situated in the seaside town of Dunbar just 40 minutes drive from Edinburgh. We are looking for a chef de partie to support senior members in our kitchen team. We utilize fresh local produce and endeavour to prepare as much as we can in house.
