Macdonald Norwood Hall Hotel in Aberdeen is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie, who is looking for development and enjoys working alongside award wining chefs.

Macdonald Norwood Hall Hotel was built in 1881 on the site of the 15th Century Pitfodels Castle, offering guests the best in breathtaking Scottish scenery and fine facilities. This Aberdeen hotel is a perfect venue for celebrations, events and conferences – It boasts superb guest accommodation and stylish meeting and function rooms, plus breathtaking gardens and surrounding woodland. We are very proud of our wedding venue that caters for around 100 weddings per year, as well as our award winning 2 rosette Tapestry Restaurant.

We are recruiting a passionate Chef de Partie who can assist us with the delivery of food quality and excellence to our guests. You will be responsible for food preparation and cooking to high Macdonald standards while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment. An eye to details is essential as well as the flexibility to work within all sections of the Kitchen .

The right candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in a similar role within a hotel restaurant or similar but we welcome candidates with different lengths of experience who can demonstrate that they have the experience we require. An awareness of the standards required in a rosette-awarded restaurant and a 4 star hotel is essential.
