Salary:Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours:48 hour contract
Days:5 days out of 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 10 - 30; Dinner: 20 - 40; Breakfast: 60 - 90; Functions: Up to 60
Food type:All made fresh on the premises - Grill, steaks, pastas, risottos - bistro style
Full-time chefs:4 + Kitchen Porters
