Job description: | I am recruiting for a 34 bedroom 3 AA Rosette 5 star Hotel situated in Perthshire. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. You should ideally have fine dining experience in a rosette hotel but will also need to be able to deal with higher volume in the brasserie as both use the same kitchen. Working with a good team with a brand new kitchen which has the most modern kitchen equipment. Good scope for promotion and to develop your career. Once a full team is in place we will go to a 4 day week. Nice location with a good young team in place. Position is available now for the right candidate. |
