Salary:£17,000 to £22,000 per annum, negotiable according to experience. Paid monthly/fortnightly. Share of Tips. Live in accommodation an option
Hours:as per demands of the business, perhaps 50 in high season. Closed January to middle of February
Days:5 days per week - closed in January/February
Holidays:Statutory 28 days - closed January/February
Bedrooms:19 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: fairly quiet; Dinner: up to 60 in high season; Breakfast: to 40; Functions: some functions up to 50
Food type:2AA Rosette Table D'hote and an a la carte bistro menu
Full-time chefs:3 chefs and 1 kitchen porter in winter increasing to 5 in summer
Accommodation:Own room on site - meals provided on an off duty - Wi-Fi - included - part of package
Job description:

The Four Seasons is a well known 2AA Rosette 3 Star Country House hotel in Perthshire, within 30 miles of both Perth and Stirling. In a rural location with outdoor sports and golf close by.

Under new ownership there are plans to develop the food offering and expand the team creating a good work life balance

We are looking for 2 chef de parties to join our team. Staff development is a priority for the new owner and displayed by the recent promotion of the seasonal sous chef to the post of head chef. We are looking to develop one chef de partie into the role of Sous from early summer.

Ideally you will be a driver.

Looking to appoint before Christmas with potential festive work also available.
