| Job description: | Pittodrie House Hotel is 4 star 27 bedroom hotel situated 25 miles from Aberdeen. We are looking for 2 Chef de Parties to help give support to senior members in the kitchen. Some pastry experience is preferred. There is a new kitchen being planned and a new team in place looking to gain more accolades for the restaurant. This is a great place to live and work. Ideally looking to go to 4.5 days when full team in place. New gadgets in place including thermomix, water-bath, Paco-Jet and kitchen-aid. Excellent training will be provided and working with a chef from a strong rosette and Michelin background. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
