Job description: | Loch Melfort Hotel at Arduaine to the South of Oban is a privately owned, family run hotel with an excellent reputation for quality fresh produce in the restaurant and bistro. We are looking for two experienced chef de parties to join our team. Ideally you will have worked in similar establishments. This is a lovely place to work with friendly staff. A rural location but there are good bus links. You will have a passion for food and using fresh local ingredients as everything is made fresh on the premises. The position is available now and can be either permanent or seasonal. |
