Days:5 days per week mainly straight shifts

Covers:Lunch: usually buffet lunches; Dinner: seats 40; Breakfast: maximum 80; Functions: very occasional functions for up to 300

Full-time chefs:6 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:staff accommodation may be available charged at £160 per month
Job description:

The New Drumossie Hotel is a 44 bedroom 4 star hotel situated in Inverness over looking the Moray Firth.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

You will provide support to our senior chefs in the kitchen.

Good training is provided.

An excellent opportunity to join the Macdonald Group, you will get discounts on other hotels.
