Job description:

We are a 3 star Gold Hotel with 11 Bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar located on the Island of Islay on the West coast of Scotland.

We are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie who is motivated and hard working to join our Kitchen Team under the Leadership of Scott Chance our Head Chef.

Restaurant covers approximately 30-40 Lunches / 60-70 dinners Between Restaurant and Bar.

Your responsibilities will be Starters and Desserts, Working with good fresh local and seasonal produce.

Position available from mid-July for the Right Candidate
