The Holborn Hotel is in Thurso in the North of Scotland.

An exciting opportunity for a chef to join our busy kitchen team.

Serving our bar menu with delicious home cooked gastro pub style food for lunch and evening meals.
Additionally our fine dining a la carte Red Pepper Restaurant served in evenings. The jewel in our crown and a fantastic chance for a chef to use the freshest Scottish Seafood delivered to our door daily from our sister seafood company.

At the very north of Scotland a great opportunity to have a life balance of work and enjoying a slow paced town enjoying the outdoors with some of the best activities on offer. Walking, fishing, surfing, nature, beaches, and friendly local people. Also on the ever expanding and highly acclaimed North Coast 500 route which has gone from strength to strength.
