Chef de Partie, Ackergill Tower, Caithness

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team at the Luxury Highland Castle in Wick, Ackergill Tower as Chef De Partie.

As Chef De Partie you will be working closely with the senior chefs and will be expected to be capable of working across the sections of the kitchen.

The position of Chef De Partie requires:
• An experienced Chef to run a section of the kitchen
• Previous experience in a similar role and understands the demands of the industry
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures
• You will need to be enthusiastic with a keenness to progress and add to your knowledge and skills
• Adhere to procedures in place concerning quality control, stock rotation and dietary requirements
• Someone well organised and diligent with an eye for detail
• Be a great team player
• Positive, can-do approach
• Be passionate about customer service
The role requires flexibility as you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
