Job description: | This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team. We’re passionate about food our cakes, pastries and deserts have come a long way since our Pastry Chef came on board. We want to expand our offering to produce even more sweet treats in house to delight our guests. Do you have what it takes? As Chef de Partie, you’ll support our Pastry Chef and help train and develop the team in the pastry section. You’ll have an eye for quality, consistency and for mouth-watering presentation. Previous pastry experience is essential. A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience at Chef de Partie level is desirable.
