Food type: | The Dunes Restaurant located at the Clubhouse serves gastro-pub style food catered to golfers. MacLeod House offers more refined fine dining with either 3 or 5 course tasting menu, bespoke private dining and afternoon tea |

Job description: | We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. Working at Trump Aberdeen you will have the opportunity to work with the finest produce, preparing and serving exceptional food. You may be based in either of our two onsite restaurants - MacLeod House Restaurant located within MacLeod House & Lodge, our luxury five-star boutique hotel offering a refined fine dining experience or The Dunes Restaurant and Bar at The Clubhouse (opened in 2015) offering gastro pub style modern classics and familiar Scottish favourites with a Trump twist. As a Breakfast Chef you will be expected to prepare hot and cold food for breakfast service ensuring a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items and awareness of commodities used, preparation, methods and cooking.
