Cragwood Country House Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our highly successful experienced team. The hotel is now a 4 star establishment with 1 rosette culinary food.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop, whilst giving your own input into dishes and menus. A chef de partie who is keen to learn all sections of the kitchen and be part of a warm and fun team. Here at Cragwood we have more focus on quality rather than quantity.

To be considered to join our highly successful kitchen team you must have the following requirements:
You must have at least 2 years experience with great attention to detail skills.

Work well under pressure and are looking for a long term option.

The ideal chef de partie will possess excellent English, both written and verbal and have strong communication skills.
