Salary:Up to £17,000 depending on experience paid weekly with tips

Hours:48 hours per week
Days:6 out of 7 days mixed shifts
Holidays:6 weeks pro rata
Bedrooms:10 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: to 40; Dinner: to 50 in Coastal kitchen & to 18 in restaurant; Breakfast: up to 20; Functions: None
Food type:Fine dining Table d'hote menu and Bistro menu
Full-time chefs:3 - 4 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Staff accommodation available - including meals - £40 per week
Job description:

Tigh an Eilean Hotel is a 10 bedroom hotel situated in Shieldaig a remote West Coast fishing village location just 60 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our small and friendly team.

Excellent training will be provided.

You must have a least 1 years kitchen experience.

A lively village with plenty to do on time off.

The position is available from mid March to the end of October.
