Job description:

Well established (30 years) family run restaurant on the beautiful Isle of Skye. With a good local, and online, unpretentious reputation (especially seafood and Scottish meats). You will be working in a well equipped, spacious kitchen - 10 grid Rational 5 senses, pass through Winterhalter, gas and induction hobs plus a second prep kitchen.
We are looking for a commis chef/ chef de partie to join our team from March/April through to November. Possibility of permanent position.
