Job description:

Balbirnie House is a 30 bedroom award winning country House Hotel.

We are recent recipients of Scottish Hotel of the year, Scottish wedding venue of the year and even more recently Europe's number 1 wedding retreat.

We offer 2 restaurants, a fine dining Scottish Fayre and a Classic French bistro alongside our extensive conference and banqueting facilities.

We are recruiting for chef de parties and commis chefs.

This is an all year round permanent position and we would also consider part time chefs as well.
