Salary:£17,000 - £19,000 negotiable depending on experience paid monthly plus tips.

Full-time chefs:At full brigade 5 chefs plus 2 kitchen porters
Accommodation:Various accommodation - own room in brand new staff flat attached to hotel or own room in self contained flat within hotel. Charged at £550pcm. Also looking in to buying staff cottage also.
Job description:

The Bottle and Glass Inn is a newly opened restaurant located in Henley-on-Thames.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our small and friendly team.

You will be given excellent training from the current head and sous chef.

All our staff have had previous Michelin experience.

We are looking for candidates who are motivated and willing to learn.

Within 12 days of opening we have had our first Michelin inspection.

All staff meals on duty are included and you will get your uniform laundered.

The town of Reading is located 10 minutes away so there is plenty to do on days off.

We are looking in to opening other properties in the near future so there will be scope for career progression.
