Days:5.5 days in season of April to end October. 4 days per week in March November and December. Shut January and February.

Covers:Lunch: fairly quiet; Dinner: up to 60 in high season; Breakfast: to 36
Food type:2AA Rosette Table D'hote and an a la carte bistro menu
Full-time chefs:4 chefs and 1 kitchen porter
Accommodation:own room on site - meals provided on an off duty - Wi-Fi - included - all provided as part of the package
Job description:

The Four Seasons at St Fillans is a well known 2AA Rosette 3 Star Country House hotel in Perthshire, within 30 miles of both Perth and Stirling.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our team. You will get excellent training from our experienced head chef.

Situated in central Scotland in a rural location. Lots of fishing and golfing close by.

There is scope for work for partners.

The fine dining menu changes weekly and is 3/3/3.

Lunches are quiet.

Very stable and experienced owners and although a rural lochside location, the hotel is within an hour of Glasgow.

This is a seasonal position but with potential to become permanent for the right candidate with excellent paid time off in winter.
