Job description: | Glengarry Castle Hotel is a 26 bedroom 3 star Country House located on a busy route between Fort William and Inverness. We are a well-established, privately owned and family run Hotel with a great reputation for our food and hospitality. We are launching our new and exciting menus using the best local produce. Aiming for two rosettes. We are looking for a commis chef/chef de partie to join our team. You will cover for the Breakfast Chef on 2 days off. We are looking for you to be positive and creative with a can do attitude. Must be fully fluent in English and available for interview. Position available now to the 6th November. |
