Full-time chefs:5 chefs and 1 kitchen porter

Job description:

The Four Seasons at St Fillans is a well known 2AA Rosette 3 Star Country House hotel in Perthshire, within 30 miles of both Perth and Stirling. In a rural location with outdoor sports and golf close by.

Under new ownership there are plans to develop the food offering and expand the team creating a good work life balance

We are looking for a commis chef to join our team. You will get excellent training from our experienced head chef.

Scotland in a rural location. 

There is scope for work for partners.

The fine dining menu changes weekly and is 3/3/3.
