Salary:£7.50 to £8.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience, paid weekly plus tips

Days:5 days out of 7 - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: up to 280; Dinner: Up to 100; Breakfast: Up to 250; Functions: Up to 150
Food type:Traditional Scottish - A la carte, Table D'hote and groups
Full-time chefs:8 chefs plus 3 Kitchen Porters
Accommodation:Own room in staff block with shared facilities - all meals - Wi-Fi in the hotel charged at £37.45 per week
Job description:

Fishers Hotel is privately owned 120 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in the centre of Pitlochry just along from the train station.

We are looking for a chef to join our team.

You will have input into menus and room to develop yourself in your career as a chef. You will be a self-motivated team player.

This is a permanent, all-year-round position.

There is discounts on other hotels and a uniform is also available.
