Job description:

Balbirnie House is a 30 bedroom award winning country House Hotel.

We are recent recipients of Scottish Hotel of the year, Scottish wedding venue of the year and even more recently Europe's number 1 wedding retreat. We have also recently been awarded Contemporary Restaurant of the Year at the Scottish Food Awards.

We are looking for chef de parties and commis chefs to join our team.

We offer 2 restaurants, a newly opened brasserie style restaurant and a Classic French bistro, alongside our extensive conference and banqueting facilities.

This is an all year round permanent position and we would also consider part time chefs as well.
