| Job description: | The Roman Camp Country House is a 15 bedroom hotel situated 16 miles from Stirling. We have 3 red stars and 3AA rosettes. We are opening a new bistro within the grounds and we are looking for a junior chef to work alongside one other chef in the bistro kitchen. Serving good quality but simple, fresh bistro style menu. You will have some guidance from our experienced head chef and you will have input into the menus. Position is available from the middle of May possibly sooner. |
