Salary:£8.50- £9.00 per hour depending on experience paid weekly plus tips.

Days:5 of 7 mainly straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 50-100; Dinner: 30-50; Breakfast: 20-40

Accommodation:own bedroom in staff accommodation shared with one other person charged at £50 per week including bills.
Job description:

The Capercaillie is a restaurant and bar situated in the beautiful village of Killin on the edge of Loch Lomond National Park.

We are looking for a commis chef to join our friendly and well established staff team.

In the kitchen you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and bring new ideas. Recieving excellent training from our head chef.

Food is provided when working and free staff drink after shift.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the hospitality industry or an established commis chef looking for a change.

Killin is in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland and there are lots of outdoor activities to do on time off.
