Pastry 'Ironside' Chef, (chef de partie) Peebles Hydro, Borders

Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels must be one of the most exciting hospitality businesses at the minute. Originally one of Scotland’s best known 4* resorts, we’ve now expanded to include a total of 10 hotels across Scotland and the North of England, with ambitions for more. Peebles Hydro and The Park are part of our portfolio, and we’re making some serious changes. We’re rebranding and revolutionising our food concept and dining experiences in Peebles, so this is an opportunity that should really get your creative juices flowing if you’re an ambitious chef.

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie to join the team. Ideally you will have a pastry background at a similar level although this is not essential.

You will be preparing afternoon teas, pastries for the picnic shop and our a la carte desserts.
