Salary:£25,000 negotiable depending on experience, paid 4 weekly plus tips
Days:5 from 7- Mixture of shifts Ideally looking to go to 4.5 days when full team in place.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: to 20 and afternoon teas to 20; Dinner: to 25; Breakfast: to 50; Functions: 150
Food type:Scottish using local fresh produce 2 AA fine dining
Full-time chefs:6 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live in available - own room in brand new staff accommodating - meals on duty - £35 per week
Job description:

Pittodrie House Hotel is 4 star 27 bedroom hotel situated 25 miles from Aberdeen.

We are looking pastry chef to join the team.

Ideally you will have a rosette background.

Making our own breads, desserts, petit fours and serving afternoon tea daily.

You will be ambitious and have drive and will have full reign of the section so would be a good opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves.

There is a new kitchen is being planned and a new team in place looking to gain more accolades for the restaurant.

New gadgets in place including thermomix, water-bath, Paco-Jet, kitchen-aid and happy for input into more for the section.

A great place to live and work. Using very good quality produce.
