Job description:

Greywalls in East Lothian is a Relais & Chateaux 5 Star Hotel, part of the Roux brand.

We are looking for a pastry chef de partie from a quality background to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for career progression working for the Roux group.

Working in a relaxed kitchen in a beautiful location with our own garden and close to the beach.

Great opportunities to do stages at such as La Gavroche.

This may suit either a specialised pastry chef or a keen chef de partie looking to concentrate on pastry work.
