Job description: | I am recruiting a head chef for a 4 star hotel in The Yorkshire Dales. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including stock control, health, safety and hygiene, menu planning and staff management. Modern kitchen and you will be working in a lovely part of the world in north England. Situated in a beautiful town with excellent facilities on time off. This will suit chefs who love the outdoors and quality of life. A good place to live and work. This position starts middle of September Rosette experience would be ideal as we would be keen to push for more accolades. |
