Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 negotiable plus a bonus and a share of tips

Hours:approximately 45 hours per week
Days:5 days per week
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:60 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: to 40; Dinner: to 60; Breakfast: 90; Functions: sometimes private functions to 50 and occasional marquee wedding in the summer
Food type:Restaurant 1AA Rosette and bar food
Full-time chefs:9 in the kitchen at full strength
Accommodation:Live in accommodation included as part of the package
Job description:

I am recruiting a head chef for a 4 star hotel in The Yorkshire Dales.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including stock control, health, safety and hygiene, menu planning and staff management.

Modern kitchen and you will be working in a lovely part of the world in north England.

Situated in a beautiful town with excellent facilities on time off.

This will suit chefs who love the outdoors and quality of life.

A good place to live and work.

This position starts middle of September

Rosette experience would be ideal as we would be keen to push for more accolades.
