Job description: | I am recruiting a sous chef for a 15 bedroom country inn situated near Keswick in the Lake District. You will provide support and cover to the head chef who has been there for 5 years. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen during their time off. Lovely place to live and work, lots to do on days off. Friendly, small team in place with a small staff turnover. Good quality bar meals using lots of fresh local produce and local suppliers.
