Job description: | We're looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef for our Pub on the Wirral. What We Need... A talented and passionate Head Chef with experience of delivering superior quality food in high volume restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary creative flair alongside proven ability for all aspects of successful kitchen management. Including financials, margin control and people development. Evidence of managing high volume, high pressure, fresh food kitchens is critical. The Menu... Every week our skilled chefs and food service team are delighting and average over 1,500 dining guests.
