Job description: | Jersey is a great place to live and work. The family run, 3 Star, Windmills Hotel is looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team from April to October 2018. Commitment, motivation and attention to detail are required and rewarded. You will be responsible for menus, food safety, quality of food and service and staff motivation. This position is crucial to the continued success of the Windmills Hotel by helping to maintain the high standards of customer satisfaction for which we strive. Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef essential and Level 3 food safety qualification. |
