Job description:

Junior Chef de Partie required for 2 Rosette & award winning hotel and restaurant.

Experienced at Junior Chef de Partie from a high end brasserie or Rosette background.

As Junior Chef de Partie you will be working closely with Sous Chef / Head Chef assisting with day to day running of the kitchen and on-going menu development.

As Junior Chef de Partie, part of your duties will be to organise daily prep and task allocation.

Head Chef is very strong on training and ensures that juniors are properly trained in every section.

We are looking for a chef with the following qualities:
·Calm under pressure
·Ability to provide consistent high quality dining
·Experience in maintaining a good GP and managing the Health and Safety of the kitchen using company documents
·Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
