| Job description: | The Losset Inn is a 17th century Inn and is one of the oldest in Scotland. We are looking for a head chef/ cook to run the kitchen in our busy country pub/ restaurant in rural Perthshire. The head chef will work with the close knit team producing good tasting, fresh, meals and take-away's. The inn takes pride in its Pizza selection so experience with this is essential. There is good scope to add specials to the menu and put your own stamp on it.
