Job description: | The Station House Inn is located on the platform at Corrour railway station with 3 double Air BnB bedrooms. The restaurant/bar is only accessible by train or a 15 mile walk however there is an estate service road. We have excellent staff accommodation with a kitchen and sitting room. Corrour is a 60,000 acre private estate nestled in some of the most remote, stunning scenery the Highlands of Scotland has to offer. We run holiday cottages, deer stalking, produce hydroelectricity and forestry operations. We are now looking for someone to come and join our small but dedicated in-house team from now – October 2018 with a “hands-on, can do” attitude who will assist the cook in the kitchen at the Station House Inn, a 30 cover restaurant/bar serving honest and local, good homemade pub food. |
