With 87 being booked out this month.
We will expect it to keep getting busier as we move into summer, my aim this year is to try and have 100 relief chefs out working at one time 😊

Its been a good month in the CIS office with 27 permanent placements and plenty of adverts.
The office is closed tomorrow and Sunday but will re-open on Monday with Michael and Tom.
