Yousef Shengheer has been extended til the end of September at Victoria’s Restaurant in Pitlochry.

Ricky Leyland is in Lockerbie at The Dryfesdale Hotel.

Johan Sikkema is at The Mustard Seed Restaurant and Alan Kaye is at the sister Restaurant The Kitchen Brasserie.

Sean Greene is also new to relief and has just passed his driving test currently working in Moffat at the The Moffat House Hotel.

Mark Shaw and Kevin MacAngus are both at The Kenmore Hotel in Perthshire.

Gordon Wright is at The Smoking Fox in Glasgow.

Douglas “Denzil” Gillies has come back from a week in Tenerife and is travelling up to Forres today to work at The Knockomie Hotel.

Pawel Halicki is back helping at the Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore.

Graeme Fyffe is coming to the end of his contract at The Milton Inn in Monifeith and has taken a permanent head chef position in Angus.
